These Terms apply to the Really Fast websites operated by RF Holdings I LLC, including reallyfasthq.com, reallyfast.nyc, and all other associated domains we operate, plus our public tracking tools, inquiry forms, and consumer SMS program. They do not replace a separately signed agreement governing delivery, merchant, courier, vendor, employment, or other business services.
1. Scope, acceptance, and order of precedence
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and RF Holdings I LLC, doing business as Really Fast (“Really Fast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of reallyfasthq.com, reallyfast.nyc, all other associated domains we operate, and their public pages, inquiry forms, shipment-tracking tools, and Really Fast Delivery Updates SMS program (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms do not govern services performed under a separate written agreement with you or an organization you represent. If a separate written agreement signed by Really Fast governs the same subject matter and directly conflicts with these Terms, that signed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict. Nothing here waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. It is a notice, not a request for consent to practices that require separate consent. SMS consent is collected separately as described below.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in SMS updates or otherwise enter into a binding agreement through the Site. If you are under 18, use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. The Site is not directed to children under 13.
3. Tracking tools and delivery information
The Site may let you look up a shipment using a tracking code. Tracking codes should be treated as confidential credentials. You may access only information about a shipment that belongs to you or that you are otherwise authorized to view. Do not publish, share, guess, scrape, or test tracking codes belonging to others.
Tracking details, routes, arrival windows, status messages, proof of delivery, and similar information are provided for convenience and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Estimates are not guarantees. The Site is not an emergency service; contact the merchant or our support team if a time-sensitive issue requires assistance.
4. Information you submit
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and yours to provide. You may not submit another person’s phone number, tracking code, message, signature, or other personal information unless you have their authorization. You remain responsible for the content you submit and grant us a limited right to use it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and support the Site, respond to you, and comply with law.
5. Really Fast Delivery Updates SMS terms
Program and consent
Really Fast Delivery Updates is an optional, shipment-specific SMS program. When you enter a mobile number, affirmatively check the separate SMS consent box, and select “Enroll in SMS updates,” you provide your electronic signature and prior express consent to receive recurring automated transactional text messages from Really Fast about the shipment associated with that tracking request. Consent is not a condition of purchase, delivery, or use of online tracking. This consent does not authorize marketing or promotional texts; those require a separate opt-in.
You must be the subscriber or customary user of the enrolled mobile number, or have that person’s permission. We use a two-step verification process: after the web request, we send one text asking you to reply YES. Recurring delivery updates do not begin unless you reply YES. If you do not confirm, we send no further enrollment or delivery-update messages.
Message content and frequency
Messages may include shipment status, estimated arrival, delay or exception notices, delivery attempts, and delivery confirmation. Message frequency varies by shipment; typically, you will receive no more than 10 messages per delivery. The enrollment ends after final delivery, cancellation, your opt-out, or when updates are no longer operationally useful.
Rates, delivery, and security
Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Check with your carrier for details. Message delivery is subject to your device, carrier, network, and other conditions outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not encrypted end to end; do not send sensitive information by text. We do not guarantee that every message will arrive or that every carrier or device is supported.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out. We also treat STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, and any other clear request as an opt-out. We process opt-outs promptly and may send one final non-promotional message confirming that no more messages will be sent. You may also request an opt-out by emailing hi@reallyfasthq.com.
Reply HELP for help or email hi@reallyfasthq.com. If you change or transfer your mobile number, opt out first and do not enroll a number you no longer control. After opting out, you may enroll again only through a new affirmative consent.

6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to:
- violate law, another person’s rights, or these Terms;
- access or expose another person’s shipment or personal information;
- interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass the Site’s security;
- introduce malware or use automated tools to scrape or harvest data;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authorization; or
- use Site content to train or operate a competing tracking service without permission.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, software, graphics, trademarks, and arrangement, is owned by Really Fast or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site may rely on or link to third-party services, including merchant, carrier, mapping, form, analytics, communications, and scheduling providers. Their services and policies may apply to their own activities. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their independent content or practices.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all Site content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Really Fast disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, perfect security, or the accuracy or timeliness of tracking or SMS information.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In that case, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted, and your nonwaivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Really Fast and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the Site or SMS program. Our aggregate liability relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us, if any, specifically to use the Site in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including where applicable liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or nonwaivable remedies under privacy, messaging, telecommunications, or consumer-protection law. Separate delivery-service liability, if any, is governed by the agreement applicable to that service.
11. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change the Site or these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the date above; material changes apply prospectively and will receive any additional notice required by law. We may suspend or end access to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or discontinue a feature. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. General terms
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute must be brought in a court that has lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms restricts a forum, remedy, or consumer protection that applicable law does not permit us to restrict.
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, or transfer of the Site. Section headings are for convenience only.
