1. Scope and relationship to other agreements

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how RF Holdings I LLC, doing business as Really Fast (“Really Fast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit reallyfasthq.com, reallyfast.nyc, or another associated domain we operate; use our shipment-tracking tools; submit an inquiry; or enroll in Really Fast Delivery Updates (collectively, the “Site”).

Separate written agreements may govern personal information we process for merchants, delivery customers, couriers, vendors, or other organizations. Those agreements control only to the extent they govern the same processing and directly conflict with this Policy. They do not waive privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived, and this Policy continues to apply to personal information that we control through the Site and consumer SMS program.

2. Personal information we collect

Information you provide

  • Tracking and shipment identifiers, such as a tracking code entered into the Site.
  • Contact information, such as a mobile number, email address, name, or other details submitted through an inquiry, scheduling, support, or SMS enrollment form.
  • Communications, including messages, support requests, form responses, and any information you choose to send.
  • SMS consent information, described in Section 6.

Shipment information retrieved through tracking

When a tracking code is used, the Site may retrieve and display shipment-related information, including order and parcel identifiers, destination city and state, status events, dates and time windows, carrier handoff information, recipient or signee name, and proof-of-delivery images or signatures. A tracking code can provide access to personal information and should be protected like a credential.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our providers may collect IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, operating system, language, referral URL, pages and links viewed, date and time, interactions such as clicks and scroll depth, search activity, error reports, performance data, cookie or similar identifiers, and the full page URL. A tracking code placed in a URL or entered into the tracking form may appear in operational or analytics logs. Do not place a phone number or other sensitive information in a Site URL.

Inferences and professional information

On some general Site pages, visitor-insight providers may associate device and browsing information with business or professional information obtained from their own sources and provide related inferences. These tools are not used on our SMS enrollment or legal pages.

3. Sources of personal information

We may collect personal information from:

  • you, including through forms, tracking searches, texts, and support;
  • your browser, device, or network when you use the Site;
  • merchants, order platforms, carriers, and delivery systems involved with a shipment;
  • analytics, form, scheduling, security, and visitor-insight providers; and
  • public or professional sources used by our service providers.

4. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

  • provide shipment tracking and display delivery updates;
  • process an optional SMS enrollment and verify control of the mobile number;
  • send consented delivery updates and respond to SMS or support requests;
  • process HELP, STOP, and other consent or preference requests;
  • respond to inquiries and schedule requested conversations;
  • operate, maintain, measure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
  • protect the Site, prevent fraud and misuse, and enforce our terms;
  • keep consent, suppression, transaction, and compliance records; and
  • comply with law, legal process, and lawful government requests.

We do not use consent to receive delivery-update texts as consent to send marketing or promotional messages.

5. How we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories:

  • Service providers and processors that support hosting, security, delivery data, analytics, visitor insights, forms, scheduling, communications, customer support, and legal compliance. Depending on the page or feature, these may include Google Analytics, RB2B, Tally, Cal.com, Intercom, Twilio, and telecommunications carriers.
  • Merchants, carriers, and delivery participants when reasonably necessary to fulfill, track, investigate, or support a shipment.
  • Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to obtain advice, exercise or defend legal claims, protect rights and safety, or comply with law.
  • Transaction participants in connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law.
  • Others at your direction or with your consent.

Some disclosures of online identifiers or Site activity to analytics or visitor-insight providers may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws, even when no money changes hands. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. See Section 8 for available choices. SMS information is subject to the stricter rule below.

6. SMS privacy and consent records

If you request Really Fast Delivery Updates, we collect the mobile number, shipment or tracking identifier, date and time, source page, IP address and browser information, the disclosure and checkbox version presented, consent status, verification response, message content and metadata, delivery records, HELP and STOP activity, and suppression status. We use this information to verify the request, provide shipment-specific texts, support you, prevent abuse, honor preferences, and demonstrate compliance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

For clarity, this does not prevent Intercom, Twilio, telecommunications carriers, and other messaging providers from processing mobile information and consent records solely on our behalf as necessary to operate and support the SMS program, or us from disclosing information when required by law. Those providers may not use this information for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, transfer, or share mobile information or text-message opt-in data or consent for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS enrollment is delivery-specific and does not include marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by emailing hi@reallyfasthq.com. For more details, see the SMS section of our Terms of Use.

7. Cookies, analytics, and cross-site activity

The Site may use cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies for security, functionality, analytics, performance, advertising measurement, and visitor insights. Google Analytics may collect Site usage and device information and associate activity across sessions or services according to Google’s settings and policies. RB2B may use persistent identifiers and business-identity information on some general Site pages. Tally and Cal.com may collect information when their embedded forms or scheduling tools load or are used.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser and use provider-specific privacy controls. Blocking technologies may affect Site functionality. The Site does not currently respond to the older “Do Not Track” browser setting. Where applicable law grants a right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may submit the request described in Section 8.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to learn about its collection and disclosure; to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; to limit certain sensitive-data uses; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a denied request. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, email hi@reallyfasthq.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe the right you wish to exercise. For an appeal, use “Privacy Appeal.” We will verify requests using information reasonably related to the request and may ask for additional information. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, subject to proof of authority and identity. We respond within the period required by applicable law.

For SMS, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Cookie and browser choices do not replace an SMS opt-out, and an SMS opt-out does not automatically delete records we must retain to honor the request.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide tracking and support, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Retention depends on the type of information, the shipment or relationship, sensitivity, operational need, legal limitation periods, and required suppression or compliance records.

An unanswered SMS verification request expires after 24 hours. We delete or de-identify its phone-and-shipment association within 30 days unless it is needed for security, a dispute, or suppression. Records showing web consent, the verification text, confirmed consent, program messages, and opt-outs may be retained for up to five years after the last message or opt-out. Suppression records may be kept longer when needed to prevent unwanted re-enrollment. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or securely isolate it as appropriate.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information in light of its nature and the risks involved. No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. Protect tracking codes, use a trusted device and network, and contact us if you believe personal information or a tracking code has been misused.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. SMS enrollment is available only to people 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy prospectively as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version and update the date above. If a change materially expands how previously collected personal information will be used, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. Archived versions may be requested by email.
